May have spoilers.
What we loved about it is that it is completely relatable, other than the magic part haha. My boyfriend loved the fact that it reminded him of "Dungeons and Dragons." He said it was a lot like the game. I wouldn't know because I have never played it and probably never will, so I'll just have to take his word for it.
Towards the end I did cry, but I believe I cried due to personal reasons about never really having a father myself. The two boys in this movie didn't really know their father, which I can relate to. But their father past away when they were very young and therefor only had 4 memories of him or none at all.
The boys go on an adventure with half of their dad to make him full so they could actually speak to him. The boys end up learning more about themselves and each other. If I keep speaking I may end up giving away the end and that's something I don't want to give it away.
Out of 5 stars, I will give this movie 4.5 stars.
Can't wait for it to be put on Disney+.
